Rooms were good, ambience is good, property is also good; however, washroom doesn't have facilities like soap and toothpaste. No options for food. Staff are helpful. Can visit with family and friends.

*Title:* Avoid – Terrible Service & Broken Facilities I booked a *Deluxe Suite Duplex (B1 & B2)* at Verandah Home Stay, Lonavla through MakeMyTrip for 21 Oct 2025. From the moment we checked in, everything went wrong: - *AC not working* in the booked duplex rooms. - Staff shifted us to *Room E2*, which wasn’t a duplex and had a *non‑functional geyser*. We had to scramble to *Room F2* just to bathe. - No apology, no solution, and the management was unhelpful. The stay was a nightmare – hot, uncomfortable, and the staff seemed indifferent. I won’t be staying here again and would advise anyone to *stay far away*. _Piyush Lalani_

Property is not well maintained. Not easily accessible. Nothing is available in close proximity. The caretaker is helpful but is aged so he cannot cater to all. Swimming fool is not cleaned. Tv is shown in pictures but not mentioned in amenities so are not functioning. Rooms are spacious but not clean & maintained. Place do not match the rating. Do not expect any positive feedback on the complain raised about issue wrt property. Not worth it.

No power backup, but decent stay.

The location is calm and quiet, although not too far from the main town. The rooms are spacious. This is a stay-only property; they do not provide any food. The property is averagely maintained. This is the monsoon season, and the curtains and cushion covers are smelling damp, but it is clean enough to spend a couple of nights. There is no power backup. I did not use the swimming pool or jacuzzi due to the weather, so i cannot comment on that. Don’t expect any reception or dedicated security personnel; all they have is the caretaker, bahadur, and he is a gem. His tireless efforts and always happy face will make you forget about all the shortcomings.
