Property is not well maintained. Not easily accessible. Nothing is available in close proximity. The caretaker is helpful but is aged so he cannot cater to all. Swimming fool is not cleaned. Tv is shown in pictures but not mentioned in amenities so are not functioning. Rooms are spacious but not clean & maintained. Place do not match the rating. Do not expect any positive feedback on the complain raised about issue wrt property. Not worth it.

No power backup, but decent stay.

The location is calm and quiet, although not too far from the main town. The rooms are spacious. This is a stay-only property; they do not provide any food. The property is averagely maintained. This is the monsoon season, and the curtains and cushion covers are smelling damp, but it is clean enough to spend a couple of nights. There is no power backup. I did not use the swimming pool or jacuzzi due to the weather, so i cannot comment on that. Don’t expect any reception or dedicated security personnel; all they have is the caretaker, bahadur, and he is a gem. His tireless efforts and always happy face will make you forget about all the shortcomings.

The location of the bungalow is excellent, with connectivity to both old and new expressways. The property is maintained very well, and the caretakers, bahadur and his wife, are excellent host and cook. We really enjoyed it. The owners were very helpful in extending the stay and responding even at late night.
