From the beginning i have issues with hotel management, n it's still going, breakfast included in booking, but time of coming to breakfast hotel management told the is limited breakfast only u can order 7 item, after that it's charged

Dear sir, Due to the Maratha reservation movement, the electricity department had cut off the power supply because people were carrying big flags on trucks so that no accident happens. You filed an issue due to this and we refunded you Rs 1000 and you did not even pay for the extra breakfast

The property is over price as compared to the other property near by amenities in room are not well maintained. Food is something which is very good. Breakfast is limited only 1 option, food only 1 option thali which is limited when you choose plan with breakfast or lunch.

Center 1 suites at lonavala is placed in the heart of the city, very close to bus stand. It was extremely clean with good service. Food was delicious (pure veg. They can improve with bedsheets and south indian breakfast like medu vada and sada dosa. Rest all was excellent.

It was the first day of the hotel. So it was well maintained few up and downs are always there that can be ignored.
Overall experience was good towels had fibers coming out as it was new.
