We had an extremely disappointing experience during our recent stay at your property.
The room was not cleaned, the toilet was unflushed, and the overall condition was poor. While the housekeeping staff was polite, the management appeared dishonest. A ₹10 snack was charged at ₹25 plus additional taxes, which we found unreasonable.
