Pleasant stay with few hiccups as well.
WiFi promised during check-in, however, was not available during the entire stay, despite informing the reception of the issue. The phone in the room is not working; alternative mobile numbers given in the pamphlet are also not answered. The items in the dinner and breakfast buffet appear to be fewer than on our earlier visit.

Good Stay
Location – 5/5 The location is excellent. The market and Tugarli Dam are just 10 minutes away. The resort also offers a beautiful mountain view. Amenities – 5/5 The property is quite large with ample parking space, a lovely garden, a pond, and a swimming pool. There are fun activities like archery, gun shooting, snooker, and chess. (Suggestion: please replace the carrom board). Food – 4.5/5 The food is very good, and the dining area has a beautiful view. However, the main highlight is the Tipsy Horse restaurant – calm, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. Service – 5/5 The staff is very helpful and made our anniversary celebration truly memorable. They are attentive and courteous. Room service was excellent, especially thanks to Ms. Kusum Gaikwad, Mr. Baliram, and Mr. Rennon D’souza for their outstanding service. Also, a special mention to Suman Das, Sakshi Shelar, Sourav, Sunit, Reddy, and Mehul for being extremely supportive and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms – 4/5 The rooms are spacious with a balcony and good space. However, the bathrooms could use some improvement. Overall A perfect resort for families – highly recommended!

Big money, cold reception
Booked the royal suite. Expectations were big but was met by low service levels at the property. Space was big and interior of the room was good but basic amenities like hot water and proper water supply in the room was missing. Reception was cold and didn’t feel like a suite has been booked- it was like the preferential reception at other facilities of better hotels.

Booked a Super Package on MMT
MMT’s book with 0 payment option is a blessing. This was our second visit to Lagoona in Lonavala, and it never disappoints. The property is well located with a partial mountain view, pool view & city view. It’s a 5 min drive from the main market. It has spacious and clean rooms, a grand pool, and lush greenery. Food is delicious with a wide spread, and the staff is courteous, making the stay truly relaxing.

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was frustrating . From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. The room was not ready at check-in time, and when we finally got in, it was not properly clean. Bathroom had leakage. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. To top it off, the staff was dismissive when we politely raised our concerns. No apology, no effort to make it right. For the price we paid, the service and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. Avoid this place unless you’re out of options.

1. Poor Cleanliness "Absolutely disgusting. The room smelled musty, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I even found hair in the shower drain. Regarding Unhygienic Room and Staff Misconduct
Dear Hotel Top Management Team, We had an extremely disappointing experience during our recent stay at your property. The room was not cleaned, the toilet was unflushed, and the overall condition was poor. While the housekeeping staff was polite, the management appeared dishonest. A ₹10 snack was charged at ₹25 plus additional taxes, which we found unreasonable. When we raised this with reception, a staff member responded rudely, raising his voice and using offensive language. When confronted, , leaving visible scratches. Shockingly, in front of other guests. Despite paying an ₹8,000 security deposit, we left feeling harassed and humiliated. The managerial staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. We expect immediate action against the concerned staff and a suitable compensation for this distressing experience.

Excellent Stay
Stay was very much comfortable. Services like Pool, Roopway, Archery was also good. The Only thing is that we were not comfortable in Food Because we are Pure Vegetarian and in Restaurant they provided both Veg and Non Veg in same kitchen. So Its my humble request that provide Separate kitchen for Vegetarian Members so that even they can enjoy.

Terrible Stay
Big property but not maintained at all. The taps had muddy water running. Took the enginnering team 1 hour yet it could not be solved completely. No hot water. The shower was just trickling. AC too not working properly. Mismanagement at Reception too. The staff was just overwhelmed. Took too much time for check-in and check-out - though the payment was done in full in advance. The one good thing - dinner at the restaurant - Cinnamon - was good
