My stay was quite disappointing and did not meet expectations. Despite booking and paying for a premium room, I was initially assigned a standard one. On top of that, I couldn’t access the Wi-Fi, and the mobile network reception within the hotel was extremely poor. After nearly an hour and a half, I was finally moved to a premium room, but it still lacked several amenities that were supposed to be included. There was no minibar, refrigerator, ironing board, or iron, and basic toiletries were missing as well.
Housekeeping was unresponsive — the room wasn’t cleaned even after I requested it, and the coffee sachets weren’t replenished until I asked multiple times. The front desk rarely answered calls, and when they did not, there was no follow-up or return call. One of the elevators was out of service, creating unnecessary delays, and the lobby area was chaotic. The front desk staff appeared inattentive and indifferent to guests’ concerns.
Overall, the experience fell far short of what one would expect from a property advertising premium accommodations.
