poor location
Location is poor, food is okay, amenities are average and service is not good Location is absolutely not good at all what you see while booking online and the taxi also doesn't reach the place. Maybe that is a problem with the location, but somehow it should be communicated well while someone is booking online and the guys who are working as service, they are not doing great job. They are giving wrong information, so I had my bad experience. In fact, somebody had suggested me to take me to some spa services and all which was not great and this needs to be taken care by the hotel

Property is nice bit inside from Main Road Food is excellent rooftop restaurant is very nice and friendly stuff but in room there is no ventilation and it smells always moisture. Staff are very good and friendly. It’s not really excellent, but yes, it is good.

Spooky Access Road. Best for Backpackers
Spooky entry road, but a good hotel for a short stay. Newly built and recommended mainly for train travellers. The staff is good, and the rooftop restaurant is nice.

Excellent Stay
Cleanliness was top notch and so was the service. The location of the property is little on the inside if you are travelling by car and you have to walk 100 mts until you reach. However, the hotel was kind to send their boys to pick up the luggage. Overall the stay was very good.

Poor Stay
Car cannot go upto hotel. Very strong road jam area. No parking area. Even pickup by car is very difficult. Breakfast given very late, it starts at 8.30am. In other hotels it starts at 7 am, Some 7.30am. No towel given in the bathroom. Next day morning, after bath I had to remain wet, and come out and ask for towel over phone, and followed up and there towel was given.

Despite that, we always assist our guests with luggage and smooth check-in arrangements. Regarding breakfast timing, our buffet starts at 8:00 AM as clearly mentioned on all booking platforms, but we are always happy to provide early breakfast on request. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the towel delay; our housekeeping team has been instructed to ensure such instances do not recur. Poor Stay
Had a vey bad experience . We reached early morning but they denied check in inspite of already informed them about early checking which was promised by Mr Somnath . After reaching hotel at 5 am he asked us to pay 2000 . . The later we were told to pay 1000 when we denied he said will give us room at 8 am this was vey much . Kindly do not recommend this hotel as the area is also very dirty . We have traveled a lot but no hotel till date has denied early check this is worst experience. No humanity inspite of rooms vacate

Our team, including Mr. Somnath, clearly informed you that early check-in would be subject to extra charges, which you declined. Despite rooms being available, we can only offer them before standard check-in hours upon payment of the early check-in fee. Had we given you the room at 5:00 AM for free, we would indeed have been “wonderful,” but unfortunately, no hotel can sustain such a practice.
