Fridge, kettle was missing, blanket were not clean, charging point was missing near bed, AC remote was not working, room was smelly, WiFi connectivity was having issues

Hotel is good but food was terrible. Served cold food and there are also very limited hygenic veg food options nearby.

stay was good.. people are friendly and very helpful.. amenities are ok and location is the best part..

Site of hotel is easily accessible however, the room is not clean and tidy. Other services are good.

Poor rooms given bcoz of we are booked by makemytrip app through. Room service very poor. A/c not working. Rooms size are so small.

Welcomed with the guard who kept asking for money until we left for having helped offloading our luggage like he wasn't getting paid by the hotel. After receiving two small water bottles by reception, we got escorted to our rooms. As soon we enter, a strong smell made us regret making this booking. I asked for a room deodorant, but it never arrived. Bed looked clean, but it was somehow humidified. Towels were rough and oily. A/c was there, but merely as an awful decoration replaced by a wall fan. Shower had no curtain or box allowing water to splash all over the place. In the morning, don't be surprised if loud conversations or screaming wakes you up. Apparently it's a normality as, in our case, nobody was complaining or taking any action to keep quiet. It's best to pay a little bit extra and get something decent to have a pleasant stay.

Hotel was good have a large space in rooms. Overall it is good

It was too noisy it seems that one is sleeping on road. Food was awesome. Some of the staff members are like unprofessional. They knock the door unnecessarily. The noise inside the hotel was terrible but the food quality was awesome

Service was not good at all. we were given a room which was in a bad condition. especially in the bathroom. flush was not working and he taps were also not working properly. there's no doormat and no handwash nothing. it was really bad also the mirror was too small with bad lighting. we thought of getting our room changed but we didn't have time as we used to leave early in the morning for site seeing and all so we had to manage with what we had😕.

Close to the airport. Rooms are nice. The staff is helpful and the food is great. This has become my "go-to" hotel for any layover at Delhi Airport.

It’s a very poorly maintained unhygienic hotel. Broken furniture, dirty walls, dirty washroom. The rating is misleading. Will not recommend. The staff is also not professional.
