Rooms are good and hygienic. Clean washrooms and proper toiletries include hair shampoo, body wash, bath soap and hair dryer as well. There is tv having airtel dth but it is not smart tv, so you won't be able to connect or see any ott platform. This is a major drawback. Services are not good, they don't bother about you. Ordered snacks around 6pm, first they accepted the order but after 10 min, they refused to provide order and the reason was all their staff were busy in cooking dinner. This is something very disappointed that someone came after driving hours and then he ordered something and they refused. Also, the variety in buffet was not so good and taste is average. Since it comes in the category of resort, the amenities and services should be like that but it is disappointing. If you have any other option, go for that but if you are left with no choice, then go for this resort.
