StayVista| Moets Waterfront Estate Villa

We booked a 3BHK villa through StayVista expecting a well-maintained, comfortable space for our family. What we got instead? Damp walls, water leakage, zero ventilation, dirty floors, torn linen, and blankets that clearly hadn’t been washed in weeks. No fresh sets were offered either. When we raised our concerns, the team casually said, “The leakage happened two days ago.” That still doesn’t explain the filthy linen, the stale smell, or the complete lack of preparedness. Hours later, their only “solution” was to offer us a downgraded apartment floor — after we paid for a villa. No apology, no ownership, just a poor cover-up. We stayed on because we had no option, but the air inside was damp and heavy, and instead of relaxing, we spent our time managing basic hygiene issues. Not what anyone expects when booking a premium vacation home. We’ve stayed with other brands like Lohono Stays, and the difference is night and day. It’s not just about interiors — it’s about respect for your guest’s time, trust, and money. StayVista, you can’t call yourself a premium brand if your paying guests feel like an afterthought. This isn’t just a property business. It’s hospitality. And this stay was anything but that.

The experience was wholesome. It was so peaceful and helped totally rejuvenate. This was exactly what we needed. The staff was so welcoming.

The location was excellent right on the banks. The outdoor space was beautifully done. The service by sudip and cook rama was top notch. Food is homestyle and fresh. Definitely coming back.

Situated in raison, kullu this property is a totally amazing experience from the rooms, the river access from the property. The caretaker and the chef went out of the way to accommodate any requests we had. We had the best food here for 2 whole days!

Recently visited this property with my friends and the location was scenic and the property was luxurious. The ground staffs were helping nd caring in nature. Would love to visit again on next vacation

The best part of this amazing property is its location right on the beas river edge. In fact we had almost all our meals on the beautiful lawns facing the river. There were a few initial hiccups on the day of our arrival as some renovation work was going on(stopped after we arrived). This should have been notified to us as we couldn’t access the villa kitchen at all during our stay. Also one of the bathrooms was having some leakage issue. But barring these we had an excellent stay thanks to the entire Villa team. The Villa manager Mr Naresh took utmost care that we had a comfortable stay & tried his best to provide whatever we required. The Villa chef Rama is indeed a very good chef who prepared delicious meals for us throughout our stay. Pizzas, Trout Fish, kebabs, mutton curry you name it & u have it, everything was fresh & tasty. The Villa staff Sunil is the most hard working guy who was always there round the clock to look after us. Bonfire arranged by the Villa team on the lawns was the icing on the cake. Also special appreciation for Manju from StayVista Team who is very friendly & was always available on call & ready to help or guide us. Overall we had a joyous stay at this serene property & would recommend it to everyone who wish to travel to Kullu.
