Hotel Kullu Valley - A River Facing Boutique Hotel

The room we booked with a private balcony was construction sites facing, and the labour was gazing at us badly while entrance only. As a female guest,when we complained the same to the hotel manager,he denied to co-operate , and start making comments about us only.. and when we ask for other room ,he ask for additional charge. very bad experience.. The manager was very rude....

we stayed at this location for 2 nights. rooms were clean, spacious enough for 2 A+2 C. Complimentary Extra bedding Good amenities within. Serene & wonderful picturese view. Food too delicious

> I did not have the opportunity to try the food, so I cannot comment on that aspect. As for the accommodations, the luxury room was quite good, but the deluxe rooms were fairly average. The main area of concern, however, is the hotel staff. I found them to be unhelpful and at times, discourteous. There is significant room for improvement in terms of staff behavior and the overall guest experience related to service and hospitality.

Hotel room is good. However, there is little mountain view from room as against what was claimed by hotel in MMT description.No lift available, hence unsuitable for senior citizen. TV not working in our room. Staff is generally helpful. Food was good

positves : neat and clean room and bathroom ,food is limited and good negatives : no lift for 4 floors , no ac , because of make my trip and hotel policies no clear information we have to pay for the child extr payment

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean. Breakfast was a standout - fresh and tasty. The location was also super convenient.

The asthetics of the hotel are top class no messy wires, no leakages, super clean rooms. Everything has been designed with keeping in view minutest of needs of client. They do not have lift but that’s not an issue when you get such good rooms

Everything is so beautiful about this hotel . The staff is so cooperative, the management is so good.. the view from the balcony is so awesome and the room was so clean and all the facilities available in the room. It was my birthday when I was going there and as per discussion the provide everything.. thank you so much 😊

Room was very cozy. Staff is cordial and helpful. Hot water was there on 1st day but on 2nd day the water was barely warm. Food quality is good although the dal tadka was not upto the mark. Only drawback is that the hotel does not have a lift and rooms with mountain view are on 4th floor and you have to climb up the stairs for luxury room.

The room was good but the rooms were attached with another room which creates a problem. The hotel should modify rooms.

We booked premium cottage which was on the top floor but nowhere it was mentioned that there’s no washroom inside the room but they gave us another room which was ok ok types. There is no view from the room it’s just a small window. Only issue we faced is the size of the room is small and there’s no lift. Or else it was clean room.

Rooms were clean as mentioned and service was good. Good location with parking. Food was good too.
