Hotel Sarla agency is very good. Room is very neat and clean. Staff behaviour is very good. Location is very attractive.

The hotel is situated close to the river offers great view of the valley. The hotel staff persons were punctual in services,. Overall pleasant stay would highly recommend for family

Location is very convenient near to Delhi Manali highway. Comfortable stay. Food costs reasonably. Good stopover.

Some renovation was going on in the hotel, which gave out unpleasant smell in the room. Also, kitchen / restaurant staff asked us to order the breakfast in the room instead of serving in the restaurant

Room and staff was good but the food of the hotel was too poor. So anyone who visiting there, avoid taking food from the hotel

The location of hotel is close to highway. But the maintenance of rooms is poor the bed sheet was dirty and blankets were also dusty

For the kind of money they are charging, the stay was ok. Location is good, it is on main road. From our room view was good, in fact mountain view. Ate one meal at the restaurant and food was ok.
