Himanshu Resorts (5 Min walking from Mall Road)

A lot can be improved by the hotel management, food is good but hospitality is to be improved. Can add play area for kids as ample of space is available. Need to add some evening activities like bonfire 🔥, dance program, singing etc.

Helpful staffs, clean room, good food. Chai is really good, ask for kadak tea and it's just 30 rs. Cons we stayed at 3rd floor, though the room view was good, it was getting hot and we had to open doors after coming to room everytime. If you are thinking of staying in room in afternoon in june, i don't think it would be good also location is on steep hilly and narrow lane. Quite difficult to reach there by walking

Rooms were like driver rooms. Switches of lights were outside the room. When i asked for it, they said, it's a family suit, that's why these are outside. No election cattle in room. Street to hotel was so narrow. Only 4 items were in breakfast. You have to wait in middle of breakfast. Resort is only name. Nothing like it.

It was great experience at resort and the whole staff was very polite and helpful overall it was great stay overt-here

Service was not good, telephone was not working. Room decoration was pathic.

Dirty washroom, dirty towels, untidy room, unfriendly staff, in short “ not worth it “.

Best location, food and clean rooms

The staff was great, they were more than helpful to provide a lodging for a night for our driver, who obviously was tired after an arduous journey from Delhi. The mall road is just a quick 5 mins walk and the views from the hotel balconies were lovely. Overall a great experience.

Location is good, it is near at mall Road, good in hospitality.

Location is little tricky, still walkeble from mall road (10 minutes), rooms are good, nice view of mountains from balcony, service very prompt. Food was good, only problem is to park vehicle, as they have very small place for parking and that too not easily aprochable

Pathetic hotel location is near mall road but way is very steep even car can't climb till hotel it is very tiring to get to the hotel, bad rooms with very old interiors food not good staff not helpful very bad service old bedding small rooms no ventilation in room

Good location and excellent view and service tax in water bottle. It was clean, excellent service for water bottle, we don't prefer meal in hotel. We were non-vegetarian. So we prefer food outside. View was excellent. It was very charming. I like this hotel.

They don't no anything about hotel industry. Restorant service and conditions are so poor. My big question to MMT is Why you gave MMT assured Hotel Certificate to this type of hotel. MMT did not support us to change the hotel. Our whole trip was disturbed

Very good experience, total value for money, nice location, supportive staff, good service, nice view and room very clean and nice food. Room service also very good, staff are very friendly, overall the experience is very good.

Hotel is near to main meal road and it is on hill. So location wise it is good. It seems newly build as outside and room interior looks to be new. Service is wonderful and it is very near to hadimba temple.

Hotel was average with good location in mall road Manali. 100 walk to mall road. Although I had worst experience with the hotel. At the time of check in staff told me that I had the plan of free buffet breakfast and dinner each day and the time of check out other staff told me that I had to pay for those meals. If I had to pay then I would have ordered ala carte rather than eating in below average buffet. Only few staff members are fine but I would never recommend anybody to stay in this hotel. Super dissatisfied don't go to this hotel guys. Not recommended at all.
