good service.. hygienic....staff service was also very good.site is near to beaches.facility of kitchen ,washroom,balcony,living room ,rest room is also here.

The deluxe AC premium room was bit expensive because the room space was very small and not even a basic wardrobe or table was provided. The price should have been around 1200-1300 would be reasonable. Rest other things location wise were fine.

It was a good stay. These are more like apartments. It’s safe and easy to access few beautiful beaches. Ll choose it again in next trip. 5

It’s a best hotel in budget with balcony you can enjoy sunrise and sunset 🌅 it’s in a great location walkable to beach and famous bars nearby we can avoid hurdles of drunken driving hectic in Goa now

Best thing about this hotel has great staff accessible 24/7, it located in great location walkable to beach and hilltop vagator, famous mango tree restro bar is in in-front and reasonable price with good taste chinese restaurant located beside hotel and in house wine store. Lastly owner hospitality is amazing

What i liked: 1. Excellent location of you want to stay near all the party places of vagator 2. Good balcony area and a lawn downstairs for you to chill 3. Parking is available in the premises of the property. What i disliked: 1. The washroom was too small. It was extremely cramped up. 2. The suite had a kitchen with 0 utensils or cutlery in it. The place serves the worst quality of paper plates and plastic spoons when asked for. They even serve tea which you separately pay for in bad paper cups. 3. On asking for an electric kettle to heat water, i got one that looked from the 19th century. It had a lid that was completely broken and detached from the body and it had exposed wires underneath. Don’t know since when is it being repaired and used by people. 4. The service is clumsy. I didn’t get water everyday as was mentioned in my listing, only when i asked for it. The person bearing office kept calling at absurd hours to check if i was checking out the next day when i had 2 more days of stay already. They could also call you many times to move your car up and down because other cars could have no sense of parking, which would end up in you being bothered again and again. 5. The only toiletries provided - soap and handwash. So you gotta carry everything else. 6. The linen was stained and it seemed like they have been used for far too long. 7. The ac in my suite was old and it made a hell lotta noise

Really great experience with the service and the process is too simple to save the time and also the location of the hotel is at the best point in vagator, just in front of mango tree and alsa at the walking distance from beach and same with sunburn, enjoyed it

I must recommend it. One of the best property in vagatore and the hospitality experience was very good. Room hygiene and property location is the key point of selection.

Ac deluxe room. ( 2 nights ) sea view holidays has to be one of the most affordable and budget friendly stay in north goa vagator. Situated right at the intersection point 400m from hill top the property is one of the most convenient places to travel to other tourist point. Extremely polite and helpful staff, who helped us with our 80kg luggage throughout our stay. For anything and everything that you need himanshu the property manager is your guy. During an small medical emergency he went above and beyond to fetch us some supplies that we needed in really short time for our comfort. He is extremely polite helping and very courteous. And with more rooms getting renovated and to the higher floor the property is gonna be an amazing stay for anyone traveling north goa. With breath taking sea view and lucius greenery.
