The room and bed were horrible, with no proper bed sheets. The property is very old. Checkout time is 9:00 A.M., but I checked in at 11:30 P.M. I requested the staff to allow me to check out by at least 10:00 A.M., but they were very rude and refused. They even disturbed me before the checkout time.

Hotel was terrible, extremely unkept and dirty room, bathroom. Stained bedsheets, broken floors, chipped walls, very bad service. Breakfast was hardly anything. Do not understand how there are good ratings for this hotel. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
