Lack of staff support, room bed are not in good condition, usually i will not say that the its a delux room because most of the things not working properly ac not working properly, rooms tv is not working properly, balcony doors are not in good condition, seriously albenjo guest house lost his charm.

Dear Sir We are surprised by your review as no issues were raised during your stay. You only indicated an AC issue which our staff promptly resolved as it was an incorrect setting on the remote. The room was checked before and after your stay and all items have been found in proper condition. Our staff was very supportive and went out of their way to provide you with a helmet from outside as your helmet was not usable once as it was wet. We hope to have you stay with us again in the future with a more pleasant experience.

Albenjoh guest house hardly worth 1000 inr per day no tap in bathroom only shower when asked owner why it is their system i got to know spider web and a big spider in room no cupboard only open shelf very worst condition two chairs no attendant owner is running this entire guest house with just one helper that's it not at all worthy property i checked very next day early morning paid 2800 for this i need refund not at all worthy more than 1000 per day

Dear Sir Thank you for your feedback. Your review is quite contrary to the experience you had at our guest house. The rules, as you have pointed out, are general hotel rules in most hotels. You were not restricted in any way during your 2 night stay. You asked if the gates would be closed at late evening wherein we clarified that this is not a boarding school or anything of the sort. As a matter of fact at the time of checkout you thanked us for a lovely stay at the property.

The room was pretty average. Even the bedsheets were torn (very old. It has a solar heater, out of 4 days of stay we only got to use hot water only twice. With that price the room is way below par.

However when you brought this to our notice after your check-in, this was immediately rectified. Hot water in the washrooms is though solar heating in all rooms in the property. We had no complaints of lack of hot water with any of our guests during the same stay period.

Property is really good and clean surrounded by trees. Rooms are spacious. We spent 3 nights here. We opted for ac room. But few things really need attention- mosquitos are all around day and night. Fortunately we carried mosquito net since was having baby with us but during day time it was very difficult to cope with it. They don't have geyser in rooms, they provide solar water. But unfortunately we got cold water all days during stay. Ac was not in good condition. No bedsheet has been changed, no mopping is done upon requesting to service boy too. Property is near to beach and that's the plus point

Dear Madam Thank you for your feedback and review. As the property is surrounded by greenery there are a few mosquitos. Hot water in the washrooms is though solar heating n all rooms in the property. We had no complaints of lack of hot water with any of our guests during the same stay period. As an environmentally conscious property, bedsheets are not changed on a daily basis and scheduled for a 4 day stay or longer. Mopping for your room was done by our staff when requested. We look forward to have you stay with us in the future.

Have been booking stay at this property since many years. This time the stay was rating was average. To start with the property is location is excellent, walking distance from calangute beach, near to atm and multiple food outlets and the staff at the property is friendly. The room allotted had issues with hot water, it doors and gallery needs maintenance. However the overall room was clean. Overall summarising the rating room - 3/5 amenities - 2/5 staff - 4/5 hygiene- 4/5

Not at all welcoming . interrogative kind off a tone they are using . They welcomed us like a refugee. The room was soo Terrible as it is entirely different as it is mentioned. It was soo dusty. Not even a single plug point was working and owner ignored when we complained and care taker asked us to adjust our charger and hold 🤦🏻♂️ .Tv was not recharged and the fridge was not working. when we complained he said there is no guarantee for machines and he asked us to wait for the mechanic which ruins our entire trip plan. As we refused it and asked for a replacement he ignores again. As we understood the caretaker seems helpless we adjusted. But they are soo keen in notifying customers it's time to checkout and get out. before we checkout the caretaker took the fridge back for replacement for the next poor customer .

Dear sir thank you for your feedback. First and foremost, you were welcomed by our staff on arrival and brought to the reception wherein check-in formalities were initiated and your ids were requested and it was noticed that both children ages did not match the booking (as older children are charged and your booking voucher mentioned younger children. This was brought to your notice but no extra charges were applied. The rooms allotted to you are exactly as depicted in the pics on mm t and were cleaned before your check-in. We could not provide you with two rooms besides each other even after your request as these were the last ones available at the time of your booking. All plug points are working in the room and this was immediately attended to by our staff when the issue was raised with him and he demonstrated that charging was working on your mobile using your charger. Tv is working with all channels which are part of the subscription package. There is no requirement of recharge. We accept that the fridge did break down during your stay for which a technician was called despite it being a public holiday. However, as you did not want us to attend to the repair while you were not available in the room and it was the later hours of the evening the repair was postponed for the next day which was your checkout day since it was a one day booking. The technician again came in the next day and had to take the fridge to his workshop to have it repaired and it has been returned after 7 hours. Check-out time was notified to you at the time of check-in itself so that no delays would occur thus inconveniencing the next guest. All services were provided to you during your stay. As a matter of fact, the other family accompanying you enquired for a repeat booking required for check-in just two days after check-out however we are sold out. We hope that you have a better experience with us should you opt to stay with us again.

Fans, hot water (solar) for bath. 2 one litter bottles of drinking water were provided except on checkout day. Towels were provided on check-in date and not changed for the entire duration of stay. Towels, pull overs, and floor mats are worn out and need change. Towels are of small size, so one should carry their own towels. Staff was curtious. Owners are friendly and supportive. Overall excellent stay. Thank you.

familyPerfect location however bad experience, the room was very very dull with very minimum lighting and ventilation, ac did not work for 2 days and when we reached out for assistance, the response we got is they are busy handling check in n check out. Bedspreads n pillows looked very old n not fresh, old towels not appealing. Specially when you travel with your family

If the issue was raised with our housekeeping staff, they may have forgotten to bring it to the notice of the reception due to the high volume of check-ins and checkouts during that period. The issue could have been raised again directly with reception or the staff again. All our linen is fresh from the laundry. Thank you for your review. Fan in one of your rooms ceased to function on the last day of your stay and this was brought to our notice only after your check out. Staff is not available after 7 p. M. And therefore did not pick your late night call up however the reception number is available in case of emergency after reception hours but no call was received.

3 night stay and towels, bedsheets etc are provided only once. cleaning is just limited to broom. single small soap in bathroom for all 3 nights. you bath or wash hand up to you. Denied giving drinking water on last saying you have checkout while it was at 11 am. Daily also just 2 liter water, not enough for me atleast. Based on above points I am saying terrible😖

Thank you for your review. Linen change is not done on a daily basis like hotel services. Room cleaning is done on request. Complimentary toiletries are provided once during check-in. 2 mineral water bottles are provided complimentary on a daily basis as per the number of nights stayed but not on the day of your check out. If there is a requirement for more water, these could be purchased.
