Dear Sir We are surprised by your review as no issues were raised during your stay. You only indicated an AC issue which our staff promptly resolved as it was an incorrect setting on the remote. The room was checked before and after your stay and all items have been found in proper condition. Our staff was very supportive and went out of their way to provide you with a helmet from outside as your helmet was not usable once as it was wet. We hope to have you stay with us again in the future with a more pleasant experience.

Dear Sir Thank you for your feedback. Your review is quite contrary to the experience you had at our guest house. The rules, as you have pointed out, are general hotel rules in most hotels. You were not restricted in any way during your 2 night stay. You asked if the gates would be closed at late evening wherein we clarified that this is not a boarding school or anything of the sort. As a matter of fact at the time of checkout you thanked us for a lovely stay at the property.

Dear Sir Thank you for your feedback and review. We admit that the bedsheet had a few holes which was missed by our staff. However when you brought this to our notice after your check-in, this was immediately rectified. Hot water in the washrooms is though solar heating in all rooms in the property. We had no complaints of lack of hot water with any of our guests during the same stay period.

Dear Madam Thank you for your feedback and review. As the property is surrounded by greenery there are a few mosquitos. Hot water in the washrooms is though solar heating n all rooms in the property. We had no complaints of lack of hot water with any of our guests during the same stay period. As an environmentally conscious property, bedsheets are not changed on a daily basis and scheduled for a 4 day stay or longer. Mopping for your room was done by our staff when requested. We look forward to have you stay with us in the future.

Dear sir thank you for your feedback. First and foremost, you were welcomed by our staff on arrival and brought to the reception wherein check-in formalities were initiated and your ids were requested and it was noticed that both children ages did not match the booking (as older children are charged and your booking voucher mentioned younger children. This was brought to your notice but no extra charges were applied. The rooms allotted to you are exactly as depicted in the pics on mm t and were cleaned before your check-in. We could not provide you with two rooms besides each other even after your request as these were the last ones available at the time of your booking. All plug points are working in the room and this was immediately attended to by our staff when the issue was raised with him and he demonstrated that charging was working on your mobile using your charger. Tv is working with all channels which are part of the subscription package. There is no requirement of recharge. We accept that the fridge did break down during your stay for which a technician was called despite it being a public holiday. However, as you did not want us to attend to the repair while you were not available in the room and it was the later hours of the evening the repair was postponed for the next day which was your checkout day since it was a one day booking. The technician again came in the next day and had to take the fridge to his workshop to have it repaired and it has been returned after 7 hours. Check-out time was notified to you at the time of check-in itself so that no delays would occur thus inconveniencing the next guest. All services were provided to you during your stay. As a matter of fact, the other family accompanying you enquired for a repeat booking required for check-in just two days after check-out however we are sold out. We hope that you have a better experience with us should you opt to stay with us again.

Dear madam we regret that you did not have a pleasant stay with us. We did not receive any complaints regarding the ac during your stay. If the issue was raised with our housekeeping staff, they may have forgotten to bring it to the notice of the reception due to the high volume of check-ins and checkouts during that period. The issue could have been raised again directly with reception or the staff again. All our linen is fresh from the laundry. We do hope you have a better stay with us should you opt to stay with us again.

Thank you for your review. Fan in one of your rooms ceased to function on the last day of your stay and this was brought to our notice only after your check out. Staff is not available after 7 p. M. And therefore did not pick your late night call up however the reception number is available in case of emergency after reception hours but no call was received.

Thank you for your review. Linen change is not done on a daily basis like hotel services. Room cleaning is done on request. Complimentary toiletries are provided once during check-in. 2 mineral water bottles are provided complimentary on a daily basis as per the number of nights stayed but not on the day of your check out. If there is a requirement for more water, these could be purchased.
