One night stay enroute to another place. I chose this hotel as it was on the highway and close to (2 hours) to Gokarna. It was also far enough for me to drive for a full stretch from Pune. We only had to stay the night, so was not looking for Breakfast as part of the stay. We reached only in the late evening. Had dinner at the restaurant and crashed. We left early in the morning. The only bummer was that I was expecting AC to be available which I found out that they had mentioned clearly was not available for the room that I chose. There are other rooms in the same hotel where AC is available. Hot water - since it comes from a solar setup - is only available at fixed timings. At other times they will provide Hotwater in buckets.

Well located. There’s a decent restaurant. Rooms are quite basic. Bathroom was clean. But there was a little dust and spider web. Overall, it was okay

the rooms are good but not well maintained... the phone was not working n they take advance even after doing the whole payment so bit disappointed

Staff was friendly, location was excellent as it’s on highway but cleanliness needs to be better. Restaurant was good.

Hotel on the main road. Very nice and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The only drawback was a noisy generator outside the window, which fortunately turned off.

Good location near by places to visit, items food very tasteful, hotel staff service is good. We had one minor problem in room. The exhaust fan was not working in bath room. They changed room and accommodated us immediately. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Hot water facilities only in the morning hours 6 am. Otherwise places is good and recommended.

It was a very comfortable stay, room were very clean, food was good, services from staff was very appreciating.

It's on highway so easy for commute and not far from town. Overall experience was good and attached veg restaurant met our food requirements also. Staff are kind and humble

Folks going to Goa from Bangalore can halt at this place midway for an overnight stay. Good food options nearby the hotel. over a decent pitstop for highway travellers

There were frequent power cuts which was irritating and there was no power for almost 2 hours in the morning. Also no complimentary soap or water was provided. These are pretty much basic things

Rooms are spacious and reasonably clean. Bathrooms are not maintained well staff is helpful and courteous. Check in quite quick. Attached restaurant is average

Location is good for overnight travel. But no hot water. We were told it will come between 6:30 to 9:30. But it's still cold water. No water heater as well in the room.

The hotel asked extra 500 rupees as a security amount. Which was not at all mentioned in their listings

Location is good but definitely not value for money and lot of improvement area. Bathroom was not clean lot of strains and not providing water bottle. Hotel is asking 500 rs safe deposit and it is refundable
