Lovely hotel with exceptional staff

The Imperial is easily the best hotel I've been to in Goa, and I've been to quite a few. This is a rare case where the hotel is even nicer than the photos. The rooms are lovely, and the staff take care of guests with panache and sensitivity. The food (which is vegetarian) is prepared with care; the Goan veg thali was delicious.

The Stay Was super Incredible. Pure Veg property with Delicious Jain food. Good service and limited crowd gives feel of Private Estate. Worldclass Amenities.

familyThe property is brand new, great interiors and amenities. The hospitality of the staff is excellent, especially ms michelle was amazing. She was very friendly, helpful and prompt. Overall we had a great experience. It's veg only restaurant, could have been better if there was non-veg food.
