Average experience as lot of things need significant improvement in terms of food, laundry and in room services

Hotel is very near to kadamba bus stand. Location is good. Rooms and hotel need renovation. Lot of effects of water leakage. Service and reception is good.

Room is not good

Stay was good and food was also good. View from the hotel was fantastic

The room amenities were worst. No internet working, tv channels were very minimal as they didn't recharged it. More over pls don't go with family as they enter directly using master card without ringing bell.

Food quality is very good, staff is quick in service. Rooms are small compared to category. Good location in goa

We are a family of three, with a kid. We stayed for a day in park prime in jean 2024. Very close to mandovi river and all casinos. Paradise cruise is just walk way view from room (river facing) is absolute delight. Hotel staff agreed to keep our luggage for few hours even after checkout reception staff was prompt and helpful. Checkin process didnt take any time. Rooms/hotel lobby are small and just okay. Breakfast buffet didnt have much options only idli and uttappa with side dishes, and had too much rush. Hotel was full of male groups. Lunch was alacarte and quite disappointing, we ordered chicken soup and it didnt have any chicken or bits of it. They keep few snacks and charge for it, if we consume, this is fine, but they charge 3x of the actual value. 5rs lays, they charge 15 and for 10rs biscuit for 30rs. Overall a good stay, considering the view at night, and proximity to cruises.

Very good service. Nice staff and breakfast is very good. Very well cleaned. Riverside view from window is really nice.

Stay was average as the rooms had a smoky smell when we checked in. Lots of housekeeping stuff kept on the way to the room. The one good thing was that the staff was always very helpful amd courteous.

Ac was not working. Responce to our complaint was not good. In mid night, finally room was changed. Earlier room no. Was 204. Basin in this room has crack.

Not worth staying as per charges. Also when 2 rooms are booked together we have to stay on different floors whereas we obviously expect rooms should be side by side. I have given 3 ratings only for breakfast provided was good. Otherwise i would have rated this hotel 1 or 1. 5

Hotel is good. Stayed for one night. Clean and hygienic. Location is also good. Recommend if u are on buisness travel

Having good family stay for 1 night. Best view from room of river and cruises. Good rooms. Good service, parking is not covered but safe. Staff is also very friendly. Breakfast was also good.

Good hotel with clean room n market bus stand all near by. Had good experience.

Rooms were smelly linen was not clean, washroom was not clean and door was not closing.

Location very good food was hygienic cleanliness was at par the only issue was the bathroom tap was leaking and there was waste of water since whole day i would go out and the bucket would get full and overflow by the end of the day

Hotel was well maintained and good polite staff.

The watchman at the gate is talking rude we were late for the bus and they kept us hold till they check the rooms. Are we thiefs. Such a bad behaviour watch man become manager
