Propert location is good, but property needs maintenance .. my room has a faulty bed making noise, sofa legs are broken, handle of bathroom and balcony are broken, one day fan stopped working …. Though few things were corrected but regular check up and maintenance will give Customer a pleasant stay without bothering about correcting them…. Seems like ur at home and have manage all these faulty things on your own

i had a wonderful experience at elite in hotel. from the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. the room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. the location was perfect — close to major attractions and great dining options, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. i especially appreciated the excellent room service and the delicious breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of fresh options. overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with exceptional service.

This was my 5th time visit to this hotel, comparatively this time stay was not satisfactory, management is changed this time and they need to learn how to fulfill guest s needs, we have paid money for 3 members to stay n for food, but they provided bathroom items like soap shampoo for only 1 person, towels were not clean, intercom phone was not working, overall stay was better before but this time it was not good, not satisfactory

Food was good but expensive. Breakfast is very good. Ans lots of verities. Location is great.. Walking distance from everywhere. They need to. Improve for reception staff girl. Who makes us wait for 3 hrs foe checkin and gave us a faulty rooms at start even if we requested the front side view. We need to change the room 3 rd time in 1 hr... Room mantaince should be down as per promise. But they never done AC was not working midnight ans i have to call Maintenance guy at 2 am. Timing to provide the food should be improve as they promise. But overall stay was good... So I rate 3 star. Comfort was good. Location is great. Manager lady sonali was good, she help us in many things.

Shame on MMT & Calux

Extremely Disappointed with MMT and Calux Grand Baga (Formerly Amara Grand) I had planned a special holiday to Goa to celebrate my anniversary, but unfortunately, had to cancel last minute due to a medical emergency—my young son was diagnosed with typhoid and had to be hospitalized. I immediately informed both the MMT team and the hotel (Calux Grand Baga), and even submitted the doctor’s report as proof. Despite this genuine emergency and all documentation, neither MMT nor the property showed any concern or flexibility. I requested either a refund or a date change, but received no support or understanding. This experience has been deeply disappointing. Emergencies can happen to anyone, and the least one expects is empathy and a willingness to help in such situations. Unfortunately, MMT completely failed here. My advice: If you value peace of mind and support during unexpected situations, avoid booking with MMT and this property. They are unhelpful, unempathetic, and purely transactional.

The Hotel was near Tito's Lane and also near one of the best eateries of Goa- Fat Fish. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also good. I had mine right near the swimming pool under the open sky. It was great. Hope to stay here again. Next time we visit
