Extremely Disappointed with MMT and Calux Grand Baga (Formerly Amara Grand)
I had planned a special holiday to Goa to celebrate my anniversary, but unfortunately, had to cancel last minute due to a medical emergency—my young son was diagnosed with typhoid and had to be hospitalized. I immediately informed both the MMT team and the hotel (Calux Grand Baga), and even submitted the doctor’s report as proof.
Despite this genuine emergency and all documentation, neither MMT nor the property showed any concern or flexibility. I requested either a refund or a date change, but received no support or understanding.
This experience has been deeply disappointing. Emergencies can happen to anyone, and the least one expects is empathy and a willingness to help in such situations. Unfortunately, MMT completely failed here.
My advice: If you value peace of mind and support during unexpected situations, avoid booking with MMT and this property. They are unhelpful, unempathetic, and purely transactional.
