Food: Breakfast items are very limited. Swimming Pool: Not maintained Room: Rooms looks great but not very practical as there is not enough space to keep your luggage

We booked executive room at red thread Calangute. Room mas so good and we loved it totally. And, swimming pool is also nice and clean. Overall hotel is good and aesthetic. Just one concern is there are full lights in room. I would suggest more lights should be there in room.

It was a small room with no light.. washroom fixtures was not proper. It’s a very old property and room paint was coming off

Been to goa 6 times , stayed at more than 15 hotels , this is hands down the best ive been to , from room cleanliness , service to the staffs , everything perfect , also the breakfast was 👌🏼

Property is nice including the required ameneties located in the main market of Calangnute but rooms are a bit small and one might find it cosy. Wine was mentioned while booking the room but that was not served in the room. Ventilation can be improved in the rooms.

A great alternative for a luxurious staycation. The hotel's layout and amenities, notably the dining options, caught the attention. Prawn fried rice was delicious. I must say about breakfast It's an absolute must option, they provide a variety of authentic Indian and western breakfast buffet. The only thing is stairs. you have to take the one floor up stairs to take the lift, lift from the 1st floor. From a price point of view, It's a little expensive though. The room was spacious and the balcony too.

Cozy stay at a cozy small property. Good breakfast. Loved the foot massage which is must required in goa if staying long. Their room fresher is addictive. The interior is different and give old age looks.

I was happy..but the guy named Anikat on reception spoiled my stay…I went to him at 0930 to ask him if I could stay upto 1200 as per my further flight booking..he said NO …you can stay upto 1130 AM only after that you need to vacate …after that he called me at 1030 and said sir you have to vacate the room at 1130 AM …as per that I left the room at 1120 AM and while waiting on reception area observed that no one came to check out before 1230 PM and even at 0100 PM ..so I asked him why you told me to vacate the room early he said because you came to take the permission and they didn’t….that was rude and weird behavior…I will never want to stay in that hotel again and would not recommend any of my friend and relative.

This was my second time here in red thread. The hotel is not maintained like previously it used to be. Breakfast was fantastic but hotel ambience is not prooerly meintained.
