Casa Tropicana

The property was nice but my room wasn’t at the property. It was a little far in another building. That was strange cos I saw the property pictures and was excited to stay there. Otherwise overall experience was decent.

we did not get stay at the property that we booked after looking at the pictures.. we were forcibly made to stay at some different property definitely the one we didnt book. Manager at the property argued with us ... neither canceled our booking nor gave us the room we booked. worst experience at the hotel.. wasnt expecting such services from MMT. we kept trying to reach MMT customer executive from the moment we checked in but was of no avail as nobody picked our call till midnight. We were traveling with 2kids and felt so helpless at the midnight hours and were then left with no other options but to stay at such a pathetic place.

Vibe is not positive... only 1 staff at hotel... isolated place make you feel unsafe and creepy... very small fan in the room... ac was not working properly... lighting in the room was not proper... my suggestion is spend more and always book a good and safe hotel.

Beautiful location...2 min walk from Dona Paula circle and jetty... Charismatic interiors

Hi Team, Please find my review below - " The stay was really pleasent as the hotel team upgraded my room to sea view. and also the hotel staff was nice to interact and was available for any help. Few pointers I also would like to add for improvement - Hotel lighting was very low which was giving a low visible look of hotel for Delhiite like me. The dogs at reception was also making me afraid sometime when they sniffing. However, I would really recomment my friends for Casa Tropicana stay in Goa. Thanks "

it was a terrible stay.. Not even Tea accessories present there and even no one to ask also. the bathrooms and bed was not clean nor hygiene.. The cupboard were smelling so badly.

very bad telling us that we theft water cattle..but we have not gotten water cattle on one roo

It was a very bad experience.. except for security at night, there was no other staff in the hotel. The restaurant closed at 8 in the night. In the morning, I asked for a dental kit, but security picked up the phone and said that the dental kit will be available after 8. They had packed all the stuff... I did not like anything in the hotel except for security

A very good experience. Devyani was very helpful and considerate giving an early check in. The room quality and the view both were amazing.

Service, cleanliness needs improvement. Pool was not working. Staff is also not available all the time.

Totally disappointed stay with Casa tropicana, rooms are completely different than images,also room condition is very old, accordingly to price not worth, parking not available, old type bed which is totally shaken, and mattress also not good

Had an amazing time at casa tropicana! the staff there was very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The rooms are amazing as well. Special mention for the french chef, he is an amazing cook and very sweet to talk to as well as his lilo puppy friend harimbo. It is a must visit!

5. Such a quiet and cozy place, with beach view. Located very close to the panaji it's easier to access and secure. Also the french cafe attached to this hotel is a must try. Over all a great place that doesn't damage your pockets.

Their is no laundry, it so small it is not a hotel it's a flat room as per rate their is no any type of service

Make my trip did not allow me to cancel my trip which i accidentally booked for 1 day later, nor did the accommodation booking policy allow it, and it was 3-4 days in advance so not even last minute.
