Bahut achcha room Diya Hai family ke liye best hai

room is very dirty..ac not working..bathroom is blocked..very bad experience

budget friendly hotel best location near by Calangute beach only 10 minutes walk

The way to the hotel is horrible, The room for the family is comfortable but cockroaches are there. I felt uncomfortable for some time when I saw cockroaches

As per cost it's good but roads are too short.

Room is ok , Ac water leakages , NO Hot water , Ac not cooling, Room need more cleaning

Room we stayed was not good and the bathroom door was broken and it was covered with a plaster..no good maintenance. Overall very average experience.. only the good part is the saty is very close to the beach

property is in a small lane. car parking is not in the same property. it needs to be parked in another lane. room is big enough for 4 people but no basic service provided like a towel, soap, dustbin. even the WC was without seat cover. Also AC was not cooling so fast. okay okay room.

AC and TV not working and not cleaning proper

I had a very unpleasant stay. The room was not hygienic or clean, and basic amenities like handwash and towels were not provided. Housekeeping was also poorly managed. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this place to others.

Extremely terrible & pathetic. So bad room linens were torn fridge was not working WC cover broken . Did not stay after check inn just left. No one responded calls. Want my complete refund. I have pictures as a proof

if you want to stay in this room you have to carry your bedsheet blanket and basic toiletries even handwash and a broomstick for cleaning the room and spider web. and one more thing keep a curtain with you for using the bathroom. as the bathroom door was broken. you have to park your vehicle almost More then 1km away from your stay. as room shown in the picture are Totally different from the actual room. if you have all these things and room freshner and mosquito spray then it may be a ok ok stay with you

it was not good.seeing the room I did my cheak out with in 1 hr.their was some bit of smell and the ac was working will irritate noise the caretaker also didn't coperate

It was nice and comfortable single room accomadating 4-5 people. Neat and clean room, walkable distance to beach

The room clean and good. Bathroom is very neat. Room is very spacious. It’s only 5mins walkable distance from calangute beach and shops.
