Jack is helpful but rest is average. If you are looking for a holiday and good services then this will be disappointing. No room service for cleaning they will give you broom and ask you to bring it back. Om-late will take 1-2 hours when you order. In beginning room is clean but because of zero room service it’s get dirty. Owner is not friendly. Jack is good but rest are no use

Wonderful location with a pleasent stay for family. Beach view from. The balcony is stunning must visit for-family

Most of the things was good except welcoming while check-in. As it is a family running business they are not good at everything. They are more happy when we are leaving the apartment, but yeah it's goa, people are like that always.

5 star to location, the beach is 2 min walking. Room was clean, it has a nice balcony. Bathroom was also neat and clean. Bit small room but it has clearly mentioned in their description so i was aware. Not tried food but they have a decent menu.

No towel, no water, no tv, totaly disapoinnt, its lookd good in pic but i was canceled booking and i book rooms in on-other hotel,

Just last day me and my husbands book a room here just coz of rating.. One uncle were overt-here to taking care all the things and his attitude is like he is owner and we are his serveant no welcoming attitude he is so irritating. Location is very bad and when reach there and after watching overlook we just decided first we see the room and my husband ho to check room with uncle and it was extremely dirty then we just decide we will stay here we all-ready paid even we didnt stay over there so i want to all people please dont book room here . And also one-thing he has no welcoming attitude and no servant are there u have to do your work as it is own and money also not less when u reach there he will demand more money

Needs to add ventilation in non AC room.

The best you can find in Goa, he takes care of his customers as his own family and loved the stay. The breakfast and the beach is walkable distance just loved it we also extended our stay.

Worth for money. It takes near about one minute to go to Beach from there. Guest House is old but it was clean.

Feels home. Good place. Take a evening walk to Beach. Loved it
