The only positive part of my stay was the service provided by "Kiran Kumar Mandal" – he was polite, helpful, and tried his best to make things comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The staff overall was "non-cooperative" , and the girl at the reception was particularly rude.
Offline charges are extremely high, so it's better to book via "MMT" , where you can get better discounted rates.
The shower was broken, and even after complaining 2-3 times, no one came to fix it. The pool was in a terrible condition, and there’s no lift – only stairs, which is inconvenient. The fridge wasn’t working, no toothpaste was provided, and there's no place to hang clothes, which is basic for any stay.
On the brighter side, the location is good and the food was actually nice. But overall, a lot of improvement is needed in terms of maintenance and hospitality.
