Great convenient location and value for money. Very large, clean room, very reasonable price. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only downsides were sometimes the meal service was a bit slow, and the shower in the room did not have hot water, it had to be turned on for quite a while before warming up a bit. Also spotted a couple of roaches in the restaurant washroom. Very short supply of toilet roles, we had to keep requesting more each day as there were 3 of us sharing a room. If you want your room cleaned you need to request it otherwise it is not done. There is no parking for customers, you need to find street parking. No proper lighting in the corridors. Room TV was quite small and mounted in a corner of the room. I needed WiFi to get work done but the hotel WiFi did not work.

Hotel is good stay is comfortable. But the food is really not up to the mark. Tsteless. They need to look into that. The stay will be ruined if you don't get good. There are no eateries nearby. So one is left with no choice

Good hotel. Safe for families. Compaq operative staff. Good service. Only concern is the location. No market nearby. Only one restaurant nearby. Food is not available in the hotel. But is a good hotel in low budget within rs 1500. You can get the paradise cruise tickets in the same hotel.

It is quite good. Its in the main place so that visitors can explore . Cleanliness is okay. The building is very old but in the website gallery they have posted pictures that is entirely different. Service is good.

Wonderful stay .. Close to Beach .. Sometimes life can be difficult, stressed, And uninviting. But Goa is always the answer when life gets boring. Goa IS life. Candolim beach gives you peaceful yet colorful stay.

Worst exp with owner . She is not friendly at all. Even she has taken money for baggage submission and given baggage pickup time 6 pm unfortunately we were late by 30 minutes and she has asked for extra money . Room service is very bad and behaviour of staff is worst. There is something misunderstanding between MMT and owner so we have to talk multiple time with MMT customer care . Room are not cleaned properly and they didn't change towel in 3 days stay.

As always I booked my room in the hotel. All was perfect for me as it is near by from my office location.

It was good though the hotel didn't have their own restaurant, still it was fine. The location was also good travelling was convenient and Miramar beach was also nearby. There are many restaurants nearby so there was nothing to worry about.

The hotel is in very good location in Anjuna. Its a very old Portugal palace. The owner has maintained it well. It is surrounded by lot of trees. Nice pool and bar. They have a small restaurant within the hotel compound, I loved the food. I think they need to renovate little to make the rooms attractive and sophisticate

The hotel nice, value for money, best room service, maintenance. Are verygood, walkeble destence to see colingute beach, near good food courts, sh oping complex and icecream parler, stay with and family

For purpose of stay is good, But no room service getting food, breakfast, lunch dinner etc. No drinking water supply only self service. No cleaning self cleaning, only self cleaning. No restaurant available.

Location is best, resort need to be maintained . AC was not working and room was not clean . Double cot bed was not Good for couples . Need lot of improvements . Both non AC and AC rooms looked like lodge, floors were not clean

Location is good. Pretty near from the beach. Rooms are good as well. The only thing I don't like is the breakfast and the service.

Good Location, cooperative staff. Cleanliness have to be improve. AC is not working properly. All the destinations are near the hotel, bus stand is very near to the hotel. Overall good experience.

For the price you're paying, it's a STEAL !. Very close to the beach !. Because they are low on occupancy due to their location and lack of advertising, the food isn't that great. But then one of the best food places, Martin's Corner, is close by !. Rooms are spacious, but not as clean . But then you're hardly paying anything !!

We always prefer this hotel because it is located opposite to Bus Depot & Market. Mapusa is the Center of Goa . From here you can get transport easily, many options of tasty food, Fish Market is near. Hotel provide good customer service . Overall it was excellent place to stay

Booked large studio room through MMT @ 2200/- per Ni. Found easily. Spacious and clean room with kitchen and necessary amenities. Owner was very humble and helpful. Services were very responsive. Once we had to face flat tyre in our scooty at 8:30 pm almost 7-8 km from our room. Once we have a call to owner, he got it repaired within 15-20 min and we were again on the roll. Absolute value for money stay.

Perfect location in panaji, just a 5min drive from the highway NH66. Hotel staff are good, had a little problem for car parking as there is no parking available. Restaurant is also great. Pleasant stay in Goa

Worst hotel ever seen. Rooms were not cleaned, fridge was not working, ants and spiders were all over the room and on asking them to change the room, they said we cannot do anything. There was no blanket provided and reason given was that same has been sent to laundry and there is no extra one. I mean what kind of place are they running. They changed the room the next day after involving MMT. Request MMT to block such hotels so that customers don't suffer these things.

The hotel room is very neat and clean. The hospitality is great with friendly staff. The hotel is near to Calangute beach. The hotel will not provide any food items except the complimentary breakfast which is very basic, per person one item. Rest everything is great, the hotel allow you can keep your baggage after the checkout. It is value for money.

Hotel nice clean swimming pool and staff are polite. But the free breakfast is mis leading. There is a restaurant near by where they give you one option to eat which hardly will cost you 80 rupees and they charge you 200 for breakfast. Place is bit far from Beach as well

The hotel was nearby test station so it was not so hard to find the hotel. The hotel room was good. Hotel people was very polite to us. And they have a wake up call also. Room was good and they have Wi-Fi also .

Hotel lobby is far better than rooms. AC needs complete maintenance. My personal opinion is hotel should shut down and do changes in room, since whole room are full of cockroaches and bedbugs. Not a pleasant sight to sleep also
