The stay was pleased and peaceful. The staff were polite and friendly. The food was great, we had taken the combo of breakfast and dinner package which was worth it. Mr Basavaraj was excellent captain who suggested the suitable food options.

Upon check-in, the staff simply opened the room door and left without explaining the room facilities or showing us around. *The balcony had a large number of mosquitoes and even 4–5 cats roaming around, which made it very uncomfortable to relax and enjoy the space. *I faced a lot of difficulty just to turn on the TV. I had to call the reception 4 times within 30 minutes to get it resolved. ** The room lights could not be turned off properly, and since the staff did not explain the controls, it created inconvenience. Frankly, such issues are not expected from a 5-star hotel. I hope you take this feedback positively and improve the guest experience in these areas.
