Place is very spacious. Furnished neatly. Upkeep is below par. Cockroach in one bathroom. We found an old cigarette lighter underneath the pillow giving us the doubt whether the sheets and pillow covers were changed and cleaned. One towel was provided per couple which we did not expect when we had clearly mentioned in the booking that we are 4 guests.

Location and overall good. Areas of improvement required are (a) Ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms had a lot of dust and dirt which showed that the blades were not cleaned for some time; (b) there were no mirrors in any of the 3 bedrooms forcing ladies and men changing clothes to rush to the bathrooms which had only a face-seeing mirrors; (c) sofa upholstery was dirty with stains, (d) description said Iron and Iron board was available but there was no iron and iron board in the premises and (e) no hangers in the wardrobes. At least 2-3 simple hangers should be provided.(f) some luggage was kept in the bed room cub-boards when we checked in. There was no info about to whom it belonged to.
