A very poor experience with staff and housekeeping..There was a stain in bed sheet while check in and we didn’t raise it because we didn’t use it much and we are okay to adjust. But while checkout , the staff and housekeeping said it was done by us and we need to pay for it which was a very bad behaviour rather than enquiring. And the receptionist staff said, their house keeping never does mistake and continuously leading the blame to the customer which was highly irresponsible. Overall a very bad receptionist with very poor thoughtful talks. One can’t assume that all customers will be same..Some may adjust to the and some may not..That doesn’t mean the ones that are adjustable will be stamped to guilt without even a sensible communication and trust.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had mixed experience. On the positive side the room was very clean and well maintained,the hygiene standards were impressive. However, services was very slow and a couple of occasions my request were either delayed significantly or completely overlooked. Property was nice and clean but service was not good
