Good location, polite staff, clean room.

Food was great that anyone can eat like not so spicy and rooms were clean. Bathroom was neat and clean as well. No bad smells except in bathroom for some reason.

Location was good, little steep but ok. Rooms were good. Staaf was ok. Breakfast not up to the mark. They can improve their breakfast menu.

Great experience at Tripli hotel drilbu. Location is perfect with hardy 5 minute walk to mall road also property is neat and clean and staff is very helpful.

I was there at the tripli dilbru hotel for 4 nights, we were 5 booked and 2 suite rooms . Both the rooms are spacious and clean , bathrooms were big and sooper clean with 24hrs hot water ,basic amenities were provided in the room . Location was 5 mins walk from the Mall road , Staff and service was top notch, restaurant was serving good and tasty food , i would not say excellent but was pretty decent. Special thanks to Mr Vipan mehta who arranged good taxi at competitive price during our stay and also drop to the chandigarh Airport.the only negative was no balcony for both the rooms we got one of the room window which we got was opening into the adjacent buildings bathrooms which was little uncomfortable.

The washroom felt premium and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of my stay. I came with my family and booked a family room—it’s perfect for a family stay! The staff was very cooperative and ensured everything was hassle-free. The hot water facilities were excellent, and overall, everything was perfect, especially considering the decent price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay!

The entire experience was horrible. Wouldn’t recommend staying there. The absence of amenities and extra charges on everything plus uncooperation

The bedsheets were very old and dirty. Otherwise rest were clean

Water problem was there. Pressure was low in the bathroom stay was pleasant. Room heater was not there. Tea coffee was not there in the rooms

The behaviour of each and every staff including manager is excellent. They are very cordial and helpful. The facilities within the range is excellent. The inhouse restro is very clean and maintains regular hygiene. The water supply in the toilets is excellent. Food is also good. This hotel is located at stone throw distance from the mall road. From road side thelas to exclusive bar lounge, every thing is so close to you. For conveyance the hotel helps in arranging cabs also. Even the drivers are so polite and gentlemen. I plan to visit again with family. Thank you team tripli. Five star love from my side.

Rooms are well maintained, food is excellent but room service is quite slow.

The hotel provided us small rooms not what we booked We complained to the hotel already that the pictures of rooms shown by the hotel were just a lie. We booked big size suite rooms but they denied and told us that we booked the same rooms only and they don't have such rooms as shown in pictures They spoiled our stay and we are disappointed . We want compensation as other properties nearby were providing better rooms at cheaper prices.

Food quality was good and cooperating staff. Sometimes the lift was not operating. The hotel has mountain view rooms.
