Tirthan Valley Holiday Home is situated just out of the city hustle-bustle and is perfect gateway to relaxation from stress of city
One of the better hotels in Mandi. If you prefer to stay away from the cheap and dingy hotels from the bus stops and railway stations, this is the one to go to. Though not a luxury hotel, it was decent enough for a traveler who checked in after an 18 hour bus journey. The hotel seemed to be undergoing some renovation which resulted in the pungent odour of paint. Hot water is available. Food is good at a price that I would say isn't exorbitant. Unfortunately, this hotel is 7 km away from the Mandi bus stop.

It was an overall great experience at the hotel as the staff is cordial and friendly. The location of the hotel is easy to find and there is a lake nearby. The room and overall facilities were great. The only thing that needs improving upon is the quality of the food. It was below average. Considering everything else I give 4 stars to the hotel and would love to stay there again.

Very good location. Very hospitable staff and prompt service. Reasonable tasty food. Balcony to sit and relax. Garden and Bonfire and Parking space. Helpful management. Mandi is very historical and religious place. Good stopover if driving to Manali.

We didn't stayed there as there was a marriage arranged. Though room was given to us but we knew that we won't be able to relax because of the marriage and whole night and day noise. I am bit shocked who arrange a marriage in a Bungalow meant for tourist. Plus we tried calling the person but phone number provided was wrong. Not a good place to live.
