Hotel Hill Paradise

Room was neat and class, on the main road. Staff was freindly. It is on the main road and you can connect to highway in 3 minutes.

It was a good experience. On our request, they provided us an early check in and even called us to accommodate our request. The parking space was ample. The attendant was very helpful. I highly recommend this if you are looking for an affordable stay while on the way to Manali.

Room are very vacuumed if you take non ac room then there is no window for fresh air and room are in top floor where sun light is direct on top. The stand fan is creating a huge noise you can't sleep in that noise. Other side washroom are very good they have given smart tv which is very injoyabl.

Good experience but food options are not that much available outside as well as within the stay mostly the hotel is little empty

Hotel location is good (on manali highway, bad ambience. Blanket, bedsheets are very bad. Overall a very bad experience.

Rooms are clean and hygiene. There is a mountain view from balcony. Mall road and hiddima temple are nearby.

No proper rooms, no balcony, no services, horrible experience

We were 3 friends, the room we had booked was for 3 and in they have given 3 beds but when we went there they gave us couple room and then gave extra mattress on the floor. We ordered sweet corn and the guy brought stale moncho soup with so much soya which didn't drink. Then we went for food orders they said we can provide you some food items not all. Order delivery was very late. The room didn't have even soap lol. Im totally disappointed with the service

Need to improve in providing minimum facilities, however it's ok with its tariff.
