Hotel By The Way By WB Inn

Here’s the scoop ~ i had a deluxe room, just big enough for the bed, two chairs, small table, closet, bathroom ~ a/c and fan worked, and wi-fi was strong ~ hilariously, the large curtained window looked into the hotel’s upper dining room to see the hills beyond ~ i’ll post a photo, it’s nuts but not a problem ~ toilet was intact and worked, shower was hot ~ hotel is on the highway, but no traffic sounds in my room ~ bus to mandi costs 20 rupees, takes about 20 minutes and there’s one coming by every few minutes, just wave it down ~ there’s a pizza place nearby, but i ate all my meals in the hotel because the food was good, hotel-priced but reasonable ~ hotel staff are helpful but not obtrusive ~ man in charge, aditya, see photo, speaks english and will point out local sights, arrange transport and generally do what he can to assist ~ the hotel is set up for indian tourists, but were accommodating to me, an american ~ that is my experience, the star rating system is ridiculous ~

The person refused my booking, was rude and disappointing for the first time and in middle of night i had to no option and book another hotel ( the hotel was under construction ) highly disappointing
