We stayed for one night. Stay was during peak winter and there was electricity/power cut many times and even early in the morning. Bathroom was not hygienic.

It was pathetic stay, bathroom was not cleaned. No hot water was available available in the morning, staff was not at all interested in helping the guests. Room was full of dust.

Dear Mrs, Aggarwal, Thank you for your review, and sorry for jet spray and front desk behavior , mem you told in restaurant you eat food at mandi dhaba after seen the menu, and rooms has no smell because front desk staff upset with the bellboy to keep the luggage in the room and also turned on the air conditioners. when you ask me kettle Mr. Singh told you tea kettle and TCM supply in side the almirah.

No electricity back up in the hotel. Full day night we are in dark area. Food was pathetic. No geyser in the room. Almost useless property. Waste of money. Rooms are very small. Requested front view but not given & almost hotel is empty

We have generator facilities, and it was also running in whole night at till 5 am, you had booked standard room.
