The hotel is very neat and clean, staff is well mannered and co-operative. Food is also very good. The one thing which is missing is that they should have to provide some dj system in the garden at-least saturday and sun-day night. All is good

coupleFirstly We booked spruce mansion a day prior as we were reaching the hotel at an odd hour. Guess what! Our room was given to some other couple and we have to wait for 1 hour to enter our own room which as I said was booked a day prior. Then we ordered for breakfast poori bhaji which is papad but we got lucky with paratha (edible with sour curd). Unfortunately, we stayed for 4 nights and when we requested a cab for an early morning drop, they said they will charge 1000 bucks as we haven’t used their service. I understand it’s early morning 5am ride to Mall Road,so double to the actual price is fine but this is like taking revenge.. so we went walking with 2 bags of luggage and one kid around 5am to catch our bus. never ever gonna do this mistake to book this mansion. Worst staff and worst service ever.
