This hotel run,un professional,irresponsible staffs.

Absolutely wonderful experience! the hotel's warmth and coziness were amazing.

Hotel denied to stay. And was refusing. Was asking for extra money. Charged me more and fought with me. Horrible

At this hotel, the room was a perfect blend of indian style and comfortable rooms, making it a delightful stay.

Uncooperative and money minded. Irresponsible with the information on check-in time and no effort made to change it. Using this as an opportunity to make money by charging an unreasonable extra amount and unwilling to give invoice for the same.

Rooms are very good and clean but they are taken 400 rupees extra amount taken from me..we are booked approximately but they are taken hundred from me...😔😔😡😡

Room was good and clean. Hot water was available, but missed table and chair as i had to do some work

Hotel staff didn't give the proper response to the customer. Which makes so difficult to have an interaction with them.

Very poor service no aminities. Tv reacharge but not getting channels. Bathroom not clean bed sheet are derty. Not provide towels and bath soap. Etc.

Collected extra money saying they won’t give in this price or else they will cancel booking after reaching the place. Felt really bad as cancel-ling after reaching the place in bangalore traffic and when you have another important work to go for is not at all acceptable from my view. I went single and what would have happened if i went as family. I don’t recommend this hotel to families or if you have any important work.

Only room around this area who doesn't deny checkin and staffs are polite

Room loghts were very low and seemed like cheap hotel, overall stay was good, breakfast was not provided despite booking for it

Worst ever experience, no hot water provided no tv no hygiene, reception lady behaviour was not good.

Cleanliness and service was not good. Door lock was not working properly from out side.

It was 1 km from thanisandra. They won't demand extra amount unlike few other hotels while check in
