It was a nice place but it was not maintained well. The room was not clean and there were spider webs in most of the corner. The owner was good and kind. Her hospitality was excellent.

Please give proper information before allowing a guest inside. Just check the quality of caretaker in the hotel. We never expect that person could have so much information about room policy. It's the fault of the owner not the care taker. Policy of the hotel is not clear and anyone can get charged extra.

Dear customer We are sorry you had to face issue at our place. Please be clear that ours is not a hotel its a homestay. So the facilities are according to that. There is no false information regarding that. The name itself says so. You cannot get a person from hotel management background to attend to you in a homestay. Also u booked a single room and demanded for a 2bhk which was not possible. Please be clear of the terms and location of the place before you book.

At first no caretaker present during arrival. Bathroom / toilet found dirty and soiled commode. Rooms ok. Kitchen area dirty. Response time very poor. Caretaker refused cleaning toilet. Owner never came. No documentation of guests done. Isbt 2 km away, but reaching that area also is an ordeal. Location bad. Property not maintained. Overall won't ever recommend this place.

You must be mistaken about something. And reaching out to a company can be a little tough. There is a proper process to it. I obviously cannot connect you to mm t directly coz even as a host i cannot connect to them directly. And sir your ratings are quite unpleasant as we take utmost care of the hygiene and cleanliness in our property. Thanks
