Very nice and helpful and cheerful staff, had a pleasant stay, warm water facility was available, staff gave homely feeling, breakfast was also great, though limited choices but was worth the stay and taste.

Stay was wonderful. Staff is very dedicated, cooperative and friendly. Full marks to hyegene, cleanliness and housekeeping.

All of the above criteria are good, most likely the behaviour of staffs are friendly, decent & professional.

The stay at rajdhani is always pleasant. The staff are too courteous and go an extra mile to make the customers happy. Equally good is their food preparation. Be it the breakfast spread or the ala carte menu the food is really good

Strategically located, it is a good place tp stay for city tour. Staffs are friendly and helpful, house keepers are polite. Upgradtion needed in furnitures and ac.

It's a good stay overall. Rooms were big in size, well cleaned. Only one point to highlight that rooms require some maintenance as 1 light and the exhaust fan was broken. Food was good at reasonable price. Breakfast spread was okay. Staffs were polite and courteous.

This property is over rated & priced by you. This was one of the worst stay I had ever. Quite confused to see my profile with you as black elite membership. The service you guys also provided me post my escalation that too also making me feel bad.

This hotel is one of the best hotels to stay in guwahati/dispur. Highly recommended place. Decent food, good bar service, good hygiene maintenance, good reception at the counter, good parking space. I have been to this place more than once and it is the same feeling and warm reception that brings me to their door step every time i visit guwahati. Highly recommended to all.

We asked fir a room upgrade and were charged rs 1500 more though according to the rate card, the difference in the price of the two rooms was rs 1000 + gst. The ac in the room was extremely old and created a racket all night. The breakfast buffet and food at the restaurant was of average quality. The receptionist was curt and not very helpful when we asked for an explanation of the room charge.

1. The deluxe room was charged rs. 6500 per night, but the facilities and standard of the room were not that of deluxe standard. 2. One more joke was that my mobile charger was stolen by the staff of the hotel. So, very bad experience.

This is old hotel but renovated. Hotel is situated in prime location. Staff of the hotel is very professional. Humbled and very active. Restaurant is excellent but over priced. The chef subol is superb. I enjoyed the test and the presentation. Room size is good, beds are very clean and room rent also very competitive. My overall stay was excellent.
