Good service hotel in market place rooms are small but clean hotel staff is cooperative near to goregoan station

breakfast was not included and poor ambience . please rectify as when booked was showing breakfast included

Location of the hotel is good. Service is also nice. They have designated parking and valet service. Rooms are quite old but it’s a great deal at this price.

Room are very dirty and ac remote control not available in the room every time. I want ask the receptionist and he will come and adjust the temperature and take away the remote

This hotel is feels like an old property that shows its age. While the staff is friendly, the limited food options that too from outside. The rooms are decent in size but lack modern amenities. The hotel's outdated decor and musty smell contribute to a sense of staleness. The doors are jammed and difficult to operate.

Very bad experience get in my life service is also not good money waste what money has taken is not for rate this hotel rate for only 500- 1000

1) facility and infrastructure not same as shown in pictures. 2) hotel is under renovation causing inconvenience 3) construction labour is also using same lift 4) very small size hotel 5) washroom choked. Not fixed inspite of complaint. Tiny and dingu wash room. 6) no basic complementary toiletries/tea coffee/mineral water bottle 7) mineral water was charged double of mrp in bottle form which is illegal for packaged good. 8) last but not the least. Over priced as compared to direct booking done by others. Disappointed . Would strongly request for 100% refund given the inconvenience and short of expectations.

Staff was very polite. Hotel location is very good. Near railway station and many restaurants for food.

Needs to upgrade and improve quality. Very basic set up, not worth the money i paid for it. This is a big group and has some other better properties, so they can afford to improve this one too.

Please donot book this hotel. Worst hotel. Picture showing and actual hotel is completely difference. Room smelling like anything. Plaster is falling. Bathroom condition to worst. Doormat will spoil your mood and instead of clean your foot, it will mess up. Suggest not to book this hotel. Or through you money in dustbin.

Excellent, it's nearer to the airport, just rs. 300 away by auto, or rs. 400 by taxi. An excellent vegetarian restaurant ( sai leela ) with a spread of all, repeat all varieties of maharashtrian snacks & and food available. A must try eatery. I am staying in this hotel fourth time in past 4 years.

Excellent location, it's just around rs. 300 away from the airport by autorickshaw, rs. 400 by taxi. An excellent restaurant & an eatery is walkable distance, which is unique with almost all maharashtrian spread. Metro is stone throw away. Functional hotel for business, local tourism, & experience of typical mumbai. A concrete road that leads to powai is through woods, suitable for morning walk. Economical & enjoyable stay

Pathetic hotel - full of musquito, very small room, not worth 500 rs

1. Paid for deluxe room, provided ordinary room 2. Headrest of bed broken, bedsheets not provided. 3. Room maintenance is very poor and ugly 4. Heaps of scrap and other material stored in open just in front of room 5. Ac & tv not being maintained properly. Overall bad experience. Will you facilitate difference between ordinary and deluxe room price. Don't have photos. I am just looking for refund of amount as discussed earlier.

Hotel sai leela is conveniently located near the station and close to mumbai exhibition centre. The hotel had good hygiene and a very co-operative ready to help staff. Enjoyed my stay with family in a cozy and clean room. Would love to visit again in future.

room was not clean and room is so small which even not looking good dirty smell and chockroch roming in room washroom was too dirty which is too small and over not worth for this
