The property was amazing the staff was welcoming and rooms were noice !!! Breakfast was amazing dinner was decent !! Only one thing was new that once we reach property we were asked to submit our speaker which is not mention in rule book guide sent to us !!

We stayed at Novotel Juhu for one night to celebrate my wife’s birthday, along with our 5 year old daughter. From the very beginning, the experience was wonderful. Before arriving, I had requested three things through MakeMyTrip - a higher-floor room (we had already booked ocean view), some room decoration and a surprise cake for my wife. To our delight, the hotel staff arranged for all of it. It set the tone for a truly special stay. The hotel itself is beautifully located right at Juhu beach. We got an ocean view room on the 5th floor, which was both spacious and very comfortable. My daughter especially loved the bathtub in the room, while we enjoyed the serene sea view. Everything about the room felt perfect. The food was another highlight. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast spread the next morning was just amazing; so many options, fresh and tasty. My daughter enjoyed it as much as we did. Special mention to Sujata and Himani from the restaurant (Square) who were exceptionally courteous, polite and attentive. The surprise cake for my wife was a lovely gesture and it truly made her day. Small touches like this showed how thoughtful the staff was. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The comfort, location, service and food all came together to make our family celebration very memorable. My daughter was happy, my wife felt special and I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

I booked this stay for my birthday thinking the location near the beach would make it special, but it turned out to be the worst decision ever. The staff is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. My check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but I was kept waiting until 5 PM, only to be handed a lower-category room. To make it worse, we had requested a celebration cake in advance. They even asked what name should go on it, but the cake never arrived. Absolutely disappointing experience. Ruined what was meant to be a special occasion.

Evening is very good, food & beverage, Housekeeping, service f/o staff but please cheak the phone landline of room no 326 because it’s not working probably to call room dining always has to connect from guest service, it’s not working directly Special thanks to mr.Praful helped us lots ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Overall 10/10

Excellent stay. The rooms are modern. The view amazing and the service was spectacular. We had all our meals at the hotel’s restaurant and loved it. We tried indian food the square and chinese at Sampan and loved the flavours. But the real star of our stay were the staff, very attentive, very welcoming. Would love to stay again.

Rooms and service are unhygienic and the place has lost its charm. Food was mostly average barring a few dishes with breakfast being below average. Valet service and the location might draw me back here again but the overall charm of the place has diminished
