HOTEL TAJ COMFORT INN

Hotel was hard to find not showing in google map, service was not good at all, for every request we have wait too much, and most important the toilet flush was not working.

Rooms are Small but in good condition. Staff is very friendly except the person on reception , he doesn’t know how to talk to guests.

Having so poor experience all the time mud brown water is coming in all null and shower so many times complaining at reception but not resolve due to this wasting our time and the manager is pressured us for check out he is not given time for my child taken his breakfast properly. waste of money and time

On the rooms alloted , the receptionist at Taj Comfort Inn was not at all cooperative and behaved very badly. The rooms given did not had any water provision. We had to struggle convincing the staff and receptionist that there is a problem.relsted to water and no.water availability for Toliets which is a basic necessity. The rooms were prepared as soon as the previous guest left keeping the Linen unchanged . The cleaner just rearranged the linen and gave the same room. Ultimately, after a lot of Hue and Cry, they changed their Hotel to their main hotel the Rich Grand. The hotels plumbers was also called to diagnose the problem but ended helpless. Don't recommend this hotel. There are many other good options available in the vicinity. Try other hotels which may be better than this property.

Location facilities are good

Excellent hotel , neat and cleaned room with good choice of breakfast menu . Staff is very polite and helpful. Location is very close to tajmahal .

stayed first time here, experience was very good .. tasty food . staff is very nice and cooperative , experience was excellent .. tasty food with a good menu in breakfast. , rooms are very comfortable and clean . deepak at reception is very helpful .overall very nice stay .

I am enjoying coming here a lot. I want to come here again. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is also good.All the people are very nice and helpful, it's not too far from here to Taj I would also like to tell you all to come here and stay in this hotel.
