jitna likha waisa kuch bhi nahi, bas taj mahal k pass hy, ghatiya service ghatiya rooms ghatiya bathroom aur usse bhi jada ghatiya khana, puri pr machar chipka hua plates pr oil laga hua aur poha aisa jaise 3 din ka basa ho.

Although it was a 3 star hotel but their facility was very good. Hotel’s provides all the things which I needed. I was stayed alone in this hotel for 2 night for my business work. I realized that, those people who were said that the hotel was worst and dirty, It’s nothing like what you might think. It was a great hotel. Highly recommend! Thank you Agra team for my stay comfortable and relaxable.

Humble request to all of you who have come to this review section kindly do book this hotel reviews on this are fake nothing mentioned in the reviews are ture they dont have proper service arrogant staff no manner nothing i asked for water at night i had to the personally go and collect the water after 3rd time telling them to send no buffet system they have fixed menu with fixed quantity room are not at all cleaned i request please avoid booking stay over here not at all good choice

Facilities like hot water. room service. problem on phone. AC not working. TV free dish service only etc. cleanliness etc.

Yeh hotel location ke hisaab se best choice tha — Taj Mahal kre bhut pass tha or bilkul highway pr tha. Room spotless the aur bathroom ka geyser bhi perfect work kar raha tha. Staff ka behavior professional aur polite tha. Food fresh aur well-prepared tha. Stay overall peaceful and worth it. Definitely recommended!

There was terrible experience , No cold water at 8 am , asked Reception he firmly denied , we had accompanied our kid so it was very difficult for us to manage bath with Cold water , Rooms were not pest controlled , Wash rooms were pathetic , Not cleaned , Bed-seat were not cleaned , looks like used one as we found hairs on bed seat . Overall terrible stay though Location wise it was good Stay

Super dirty place. Garbage, rats and roaches all around the room. Washroom dirty and most of the taps leaking. Terrible smell. Bedsheets and blanket dirty. Actual property is pathetic. I vacated within half an hour of check in.

worst experience, No clean, No Tv, No Hot water, No break fast upto 9am, If we ask tv remote also they will not given, No break fast, Tea or coffee upto 9am,. kitchen will open After 8.30 only Poori and Allo available after 9am also. Very horrible experience and we never book any hotels in my life in Make my trip. Even risk also ok, but we go direct to the required place and book hotel ourself

Room and washroom are not clean. Room is full of mosquito....overall experience is very. Don’t know how they get the good rating.

Property is full with mosquito and cockroaches , no clean rooms, no telephone in room and poor room service, kitchen is also not as clean and smell every where , our breakfast is included in booking bt due to smell in kitchen we don't take our breakfast..... Overall Zero Rating

Terrible and worst experience, bad rooms, no almirah in room, ac is not working, broken furniture, no lift, worst management duri morning breakfast, it was like a bhandara that everyone is struggling to get the poori . Same on you the way you host/welcome your guests with bad experiences. Side of walls are like the Yamuna river dirt

Nice location but poor management. They haven't maintained cleanliness. Room is not clean as per expectations, food is not tasty.

The toilet was soo dirty. We don't know how we adjusted one day. We didn't had time to go for arguments and complaints. I recommend MakeMyTrip should check these hotels listed in their app is properly running or fooling people. The breakfast was also terrible. Odd breakfast which I believe was from yesterday. Water has a different taste and very unhygienic. Restaurant employees doesn't care about the people. Very terrible experience

Hotel room very dirty , washroom very very bad smell & dirty bathroom tiles broken , it was very old hotel , we did not like it . please don't book this hotel.

The location of the hotel was very good near to the Taj Mahal. The bathroom fitting was not working properly. Staff is very less as no cleaning of room was done during my stay at hotel. The size of room was good.
