Miss behaviour staff and null all services faculties

Horrible experience of staying with ask them to clean the pool a day before but they didn’t and I earlier any asky them to give room which have a good cooling but then they didn’t listen and we sweating at mid night

vervvery poor service, ACs weren’t working, and did not help us move out of the hotel and cancel this booking. hotel felt unsafe, staff kept staring indecently. horrible experience.

Worst Hotel i have ever visited..Unprofessional staff, Smelly rooms and Location is just bloody...Its below the budget hotel category not of 3 star ratings...

It was an Ok stay for me. The room size was fine. If you are a tourist then the location is fine as it is just 3 Kms away from Taj Mahal but avoid choosing during the marriage season since you need to commute via hell lot of city traffic. Some of the prominent food places like "Gopal Das, Panchi Petha were nearby around 1.5 Kms. The room AC was an issue as it was not working and hotel staff suggested to choose a joint room which we were not comfortable due to privacy issues. The cutlery used were all plastic which was bit off for me from a 3 star hotel. The service was almost negligible as they don't have a well trained staff.

Price is high as compare to others who have high standards and facilities on the same price . I’m reviewing as a visitor , I have travel lot of places where I can saw much better room in the price of 2500 or lesser than that.

washroom is very very small and room is also not so good .

Rooms were different which showed in pics. Small bathroom, unhygienic bad. Till 8 breakfast was not ready. Took an hour to get tea. If correct pic were shown would have not booked. Manager is good but supporting staff is lousy

Not recommended for family.Less staff,poor coordination,broken doors,no proper arrangement for car parking.However,food is ok types.

Location easy to catch, hotel room was clean. My biggest disappointment with the hotel was the service. The room service didn't came to clean the rooms even after multiple reminders. Followed by no proper hot water amenity. A person from my home town desires to have a good hot water service. Given multiple reminders for hot water but I didn't got the hot water for freshening up. Food was bad, we didn't enjoy the food.

It's an average hotel, rooms are spacious but not very well maintained. Location is perfect and close to main areas.

Stay was not pleasant, extension was not working every-time i had to go to reception to order something. There was leakage in washroom which made whole room messy.

I stay in hotel light house with my family my experience was horrible. food is very expensive with average quality .front desk people are not Co-operative . I never recommend this hotel

It was great staying at hotel. Everything was comfortable. Staff was supporting too.

Rooms are ok but washroom in too bad small with broken door. Tv not working even after complaining they not do anything. Small size pool with not properly clean water. Only plus point is food it was delicious.

The rooms were dirty, the rooms were not up to the mark the bedsheets were dirty,and room service was also poor and also regular house keeping were not done. Overall experience was very bad.

Ac of the room was not working, inspite of informing them about it, they only had excuses. No neatness, poor service rooms are stinking
