The location is close to the Taj Mahal, which is the only advantage for the hotel. Very poor in terms of cleanliness . Food ordered were delayed . Also hot water is not available throughout the day if needed. Bugs and insects were seen in the room indicating poor maintenance .

Room was good. Bathroom was clean and hygienic. Reception and support staff was polite and helpful. Location is fantastic very close to Taj Mahal. Few issues were TV was not working in both rooms. Torn bedsheets. Little difficult to find the Hotel in maps.

when am booking the hotel the list of available items in room but didnot getting in room 1 .hair dryer 2. Water Kettle , bathroom is not proper clean and 2 person have get one bath towel room condition is not good Total average hotel !

The beds are not very comfortable, and the windows donโt close properly. I asked if all rooms are the same and requested a room change (even offered to pay extra), but was informed that all rooms are similar. The food is okay.

Really good experience. its located in prime location, just 1.2 km to Tajmahal. its well maintained and main thing i hv to highlight is the staff behaviour and hospitality they provide. Mr. Anil, he is super helpful,really happy with his behaviour. If I ever visit agra again, Taj Classic will be my choice.
