I want to connect on call. This is to bring attention that despite prior booking hotel, while i have reached near to hotel and asked for location. At that time said hotel person your booking was not confirmed from hotel side and in this low amount. This is horrible situation for stranger. How can you believe in this situation despite prior booking

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended for Families I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel in Agra. There was no room service available, and to make matters worse, there was no water in the morning, which caused major inconvenience, especially for using the washroom. The kitchen was non-functional, and we weren’t even provided a kettle for basic needs like tea or coffee. The rooms were extremely dirty, and there was a bad smell throughout. It was definitely not a comfortable or hygienic environment. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with family. There are far better options available in Agra for a similar price.

The staff was non professional, room was dirty and ac and intercom were not working, had to call mmt to make them change the room in middle of night. Terrible experience. Avoid this place, there are far better options nearby.
