Hotel Rashmi

Found the property location by asking local auto drivers.The hotel location is good but maintainance is not upto the level,first they gave us a room which floor was damaged and drainage pipe is visible from where very bad smell was coming then they shift us to another room which was also not well maintained ,the room celling was damaged and dry paint was dropping on the floor.Overall this is a avarage stay.

It's a nice hotel with a decent restaurant. There is some issue with cleanliness like we have to ask the management for room cleaning, bathroom cleansing etc. Otherwise it’s a cozy stay.

Room was good. Overall a good stay. Walking distance to taj mahal. Took only 10 -15 mins to reach taj mahal. Taj mahal is also visible from the roof top. Staff was also good.

room is small but good. balcony 's light decoration .. very attractive.. behaviour of the manager and staff are very good . location is very good.. 5 minutes walking distance to Taj Mahal.. restaurant is very good.. serve delicious food in affordable price.. thank you make my trip.. thanks to hotel Rashmi 🙂

Property very bad. Staff not supported. Water supply worst in bathroom. I m very disappointed. Location was good

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and lovely and great first impression of hotel. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The roof ceiling fell down on my uncle head. Worst maintenance. Bad mainatance in toilets color was painted the whole was smell bad.

Its location is quite good, walking distance from the taj mahal. The price is ok. The room size is very small, and services are not up to the mark. Seems like the owners have no previous experience in the hospitality business.

I booked room in hotel rash-my at agra as on 30 seep 2023. Hotel has not allotted room number after my successful booking, when i reached at hotel with my family the hotel staff allotted a room which was uncleaned, non tv, non leaned. I asked to staff that why not allotted room number at booking time, he told me that only one room left for you.

Very close to taj mahal ane nice place to stay

I reached agra around 11pm and tried calling the hotel so many times, nobody picked initially, after trying for around 40min, someone picked up the call and told me i don't have any booking in the hotel. Moreover, i am getting calls for the pending payment of the same booking that i couldn't avail. Pathetic experience.

Location of hotel is at best place of agra, rooms and washrooms are old style

Not recommended to any one, staff is not professional

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the service of food was quick and the location was outstanding but the other amenities is still a work in progress. Like there was a light that wasn't working which made the room dull during dark hours. The wash basin wasn't fixed properly. There weren't any channels subscribed to watch. The problem with the light was addressed but nothing was done about it nor was the idea to shift us into a new room entertained.

Good and very cold inside take measures

Maintenance is very poor, service is very bad. Gyser is not available in bathroom. They included breakfast with room fare, but they provided small quantity food which is not enough for a person. Never stay again.

Location was prime near taj mahal. Food was also good and staffs are supportive.

The room was good and value for money. The bath room was worse. The rusty taps. Water flowing out from different holes. Sorry state of bathroom.
