My experiance was very bad at Hotel Tara Palace: 1. Our check in time was 12.00 noon. We reached at 1.00 pm. They accomodated our room after 2.00 pm. 2. After entering my room No 310 we discovered a bad smell coming from bathroom's dustbin which was full of used sanitary pads. 3. Second day of my stay I purchased from their restaurant a one litre drinking water at Rs 30, which was unsealed and not full. I strongly deny to take the bottle. At that time another staff came and said it was his personal water bottle which he stored at the freeze with the sealed bottle. 4. All the staffs of hotel and restaurant and kitchen are untrained and unskilled. Also cook is not good. At the time of buffet breakfast, they served me the tea from tea kettle containing a insect, a small spider inside in the tea. 5. The hotel is very old property and infrastructure is also bad. All the accessories and bathrooms fittings are broken or loose fittings. 6. No proper maintainance at all. No proper Management there. Only General Manager is trying to give his effort, but that comes in vain. Hotel Tara Palace was a worst experiance in my Tour life till now.

Not a good stay too many problems, taps ,shower,service was not up to the mark,average stay & also room was smelling

Though there were a few minor issues, the hotel staff handled them quickly and made the stay comfortable

The hotel was okay, but the washroom had a very bad smell. It wasn't clean at all, and we weren't given any room freshener. The restaurant, which was part of the hotel, had a very expensive menu. Everything there was very costly, but the taste was not good at all. And we had to take a longer, roundabout route to get to the Taj Mahal.

Accommodation was not good tv is not working no grazer also food was too costly and taste was not up to the mark

While the location is okay, rooms are not maintained well. Condition of bathroom was not good. SWe had to change the rooms twice because of bathroom conditions and leakage (from air-conditioner) in the rooms

The rest room is not clean and the window was broken ,the TV was not working, .......,................

Very near to Taj East Gate Parking. Property Well and easily accessible from main road and gets 10 out of 10 for location. Rooms 8 out of 10. Parking facility : can accommodate 3 to 4 cars max at a time. So if you did not find hotel parking, then east gate parking is nearby. Rooms are 7 out of 10. Toiletries were not provided. Complementary breakfast is only for namesake so don't pay for this. It took 40 minutes to serve breakfast and food quality was poor. Tea was not served even after request. Many people were sitting in restaurant area and desperately waiting for breakfast for more than 30 minutes average. Puri Bhaji was only option and bhaji with more than 80% water content. Hotel is a very old property there is no lift no door lock even no water out side food is not allowed but if u call hotel restaurant for food they dwnt pickup call you have to come down to recipient 2-3 time for your order. The washroom is very bad and very dirty all the pictures shown in room The TV is not working room window with lock in short I can say it's a very bad hotel do not go on the picture shown.

Poor Room service, Rooms not Good, Bad Toilet Condition, No Lift, Cockroaches and Flys are found in rooms.

When I reach the hotel tara palace receptionist told me there is a issue of water in the room so you go to our other hotel room on your own expenses after some argument he said don't complain me about the issue and talk to the booking provider it means make my trip after that I reach there other hotel room and I found the blanket of that room with stinks and some other marks on the bedsheet and I highly disappointed after booking that hotel through make my trip.

food is so expensive it's triple rate . bathroom condition is very poor.Room is not clean. All uploaded pic are wrong it's just opposite from it. A.C is not working properly when I complain then the guy told me someone is coming but I wait for more than half and hour but no one came to check it. Blanket which they are given were dirty
