Stay was good. Rooms were clean and up to the expectation as per the rates and rating. Food was good too. I think it’s a new management so they have limited number of staff so the room service and other services take little longer than expected sometimes. Overall a good stay.

The property was clean and good for family stay. Service was very very slow whether in room Dinning, housekeeping support, in restaurant, checkout, or anything that was needed. It required atleast 2 to 3 reminders each time even for water bottle. Location is on highway so with own vehicle it's good else it's struggle to get cab or auto easily. Hotel doesn't help or doesn't arrange local transportation. In all, if there is more time and own vehicle worth a stay but if you need to do more temple visits and expect timely service this may not be ideal place.

The property is in the cantt area of Mathura . The food was very good. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Food was good . The location was also good . There is a little shortage of staff but other than that everything is top class. Their pool , garden area and everthing else is top notch

Overall the experience was good. Although they were non committal for early check in, on the day of arrival they indeed facilitated nearly 3 hours early check in. Room and restaurant was nice, food was also tasty. Housekeeping could be better as they left us stranded for water bottle for nearly an hour. We could not get chance to use swimming pool so cannot comment about it.

clean property but needs improvement

Clean rooms. courteous staff. No valet parking. no iron in rooms, no welcome drink as claimed, buffet breakfast not so good. other drawback is that this is far from all tourist places.

Poor Stay

Electric switches in room were not working. Had to spent some 5 min to switch off all the lights in room. Response of the staff was also cold. Breakfast was below average.

Excellent Stay

The stay at this hotel has been very comfortable and enriching. The entire hospitality was praiseworthy. The lunch and dinner food has been very fulfilling and tastier. The staff has been courteous and also warm. The entire experience has been very rewarding. Hope we can visit this property again! We will be recommending this to as many people as possible. The chief of Staff (Buddadev Tomar + Rahul Prajapati at the front desk were so helpful and special mention to their help/ generosity) Kudos!

The location was little bit far from Vrindavan, but must say location was good and hotel management was maintaining good vibe and the staff was very polite & helpful highly recommended to everyone also, the food was very tasty. I really enjoyed my visit. Surely come next time.

Terribly managed property,rates on menu cards are different than actual being charged,which are higher than published rates.Most of the electricity points in room doesn’t work,Water flows continuously from pot.No response from management if you raise your concern.They change timings of lunch breakfast as per their convenience and in case guest need some changes then rule book is followed.Prices doesn’t match the quality & food being served.It should be downgraded to no star category
