The Lalita Grand Mathura- Vrindavan

Clean rooms. courteous staff. No valet parking. no iron in rooms, no welcome drink as claimed, buffet breakfast not so good. other drawback is that this is far from all tourist places.

Electric switches in room were not working. Had to spent some 5 min to switch off all the lights in room. Response of the staff was also cold. Breakfast was below average.

The stay at this hotel has been very comfortable and enriching. The entire hospitality was praiseworthy. The lunch and dinner food has been very fulfilling and tastier. The staff has been courteous and also warm. The entire experience has been very rewarding. Hope we can visit this property again! We will be recommending this to as many people as possible. The chief of Staff (Buddadev Tomar + Rahul Prajapati at the front desk were so helpful and special mention to their help/ generosity) Kudos!

Property needs a good renovation,found foul smell in corridor which I think can be removed using better odour diffusers

The location was little bit far from Vrindavan, but must say location was good and hotel management was maintaining good vibe and the staff was very polite & helpful highly recommended to everyone also, the food was very tasty. I really enjoyed my visit. Surely come next time.

Some services are missing. Staff is unprofessional . So pls avoid staying here if you can. Not as good as mentioned

Terribly managed property,rates on menu cards are different than actual being charged,which are higher than published rates.Most of the electricity points in room doesn’t work,Water flows continuously from pot.No response from management if you raise your concern.They change timings of lunch breakfast as per their convenience and in case guest need some changes then rule book is followed.Prices doesn’t match the quality & food being served.It should be downgraded to no star category

Very good property with all amenities and polite staff. Room was very good with all facilities. Food was average, not bad at all but there is surely a margin of improvement.

It was terrible stay with very bad hospitality and staff also does not take your luggage to car and load it. We have to tell them n number of times to do it. Very bad behavior from the hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone.

No breakfast provided and the rooms were very small. The reception did change rooms not gave any breakfast

The amenities which were included in our stay were not available at the hotel …we asked them but they said they do not have …they admit that it was in our stay but they are not able to give us…the shower in the bathroom was very slow …that’s avoidable but the amenities were not available
