There was no " Clean my room " card on the door. Our housekeeping team do not enter any stay over room till they are notified by the guest ., as the guests valuables etc could be in the room. The room service was pathetic. we literally had to call twice or thrice to order something. during breakfast buffet, we ordered coffee for which they took 25-30 mins to prepare. There was a party going on in the hotel with loud DJ. we asked the front office manager to change our room but he denied saying that the hotel if fully booked. It was not. these people have no regards for guests. please don't visit
